    All our in-person courses are:

    • Ours is the only school in Italy to offer individual and personalized courses and training.

    Personalized Start Date of the course

    • The start date of the course is defined by the student after confirming availability for the requested period.
    • Each student decides when to start the course and how to divide the lesson time.

    The school does not offer courses from 12 July to 31 August 2024 .

    Theoretical and practical part

    The course consists of:

    • 20% theoretical lessons (possibility of simultaneous translation into English and French).
    • 80% of practical exercises with the creation of real mosaics which will remain the property of the student.

  • TIZIANA MONDINI MASTER MOSAICIST

    All mosaic courses at our headquarters are taught in ITALIAN (with simultaneous translation into English) by the artist, mosaicist and teacher Tiziana Mondini, a mosaic expert with over 25 years of experience.

    The pebble mosaic courses are given in the open air in the village of Nera Montoro (Tr).

  • TOOLS FOR MOSAIC + VIDEO TUTORIALS + HANDBOOKS

    Included in the cost of the course:

    - Professional tools and equipment for mosaicists.

    - video-tutorial with the chosen mosaic technique/s,

    - handouts and paper material for the theoretical study of the mosaic, its history, techniques and specific lexicon.

  • CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

    At the end of the course our School will issue a certificate of participation with the specification of mosaic's style and hours attended

    Each course is configured as an individual course in which the start and division of lesson hours are based on the needs of each individual student. The school sets up its mosaic courses as personalised and tailor-made training courses for its students.

    Training course where practical activities and theoretical mosaic lessons alternate, guaranteeing in-depth learning of mosaic art through a journey through the various mosaic styles and artistic craftsmanship.

MOSAIC CLASSES AND COURSES IN ITALY IN PRESENCE AT OUR SCHOOL IN UMBRIA (NARNI - CENTER OF ITALY)

In Tessere mosaic school, for over 20 years has been working in the field of artistic mosaic training.

Our courses are aimed at all people who want to approach the world of mosaic art through face-to-face training courses at our headquarters in Narni Scalo (Umbria).

The goal of each of our courses, both face-to-face and online, is to transmit the Italian cultural and artistic heritage linked to this ancient art and to equip students with the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary to make mosaics.

Our training offer of face-to-face mosaic courses is very varied and offers various types of solutions: short courses, extensive courses, basic and advanced courses, which can be chosen according to the level one has or wants to obtain.

At the end of each course we issue a certificate of attendance indicating the type of training course completed and the number of hours.
