Course Description

The course is dedicated to the study of Moroccan Zellige mosaic, made with traditional tiles from Fez.
The lessons will analyze traditional cutting and installation techniques, with a focus on Arabic geometry and its symbolic and decorative meaning.

The practical exercises will be aimed at the construction of complex geometric patterns and the creation of Zellige compositions.

    Each path is individual. The start date is freely chosen by the student, without a predetermined calendar. In case of special needs, it is possible to distribute the course hours over more days than the standard program (for example, 3 hours a day instead of 7).
