Professional Individual Mosaic Course in Italy (Umbria)

I was looking for a professional course to try to become a professional in mosaic art and this is exactly what I was after for.

My time at Intessere is truly one of the best period of time I had. I lived in the picturesque medieval town of Narni which is not far away form the school, and spent every day making mosaic and learning different techniques. Tiziana is very kind and welcoming and very sincere. On the first day she made it very clear that it is a professional course and I was held to the very same high standard. She shared all the inside knowledge and tricks for the trade and did not keep me as merely a hobbyist / tourist. I only wish I could spend more time here.

I'm so happy to have participated in this course. I'd been looking for a learning experience in this field for a while, and I must say the hours I spent here were incredibly useful and truly stimulating! It begins with the essential theoretical and practical foundations, and then the course quickly becomes "tailor-made"! It's very comprehensive, yet at the same time offers each student the opportunity to experiment in a personalized way with shapes, colors, styles, subjects, and materials. Meeting other students, both Italian and international, is also an experience that fosters mutual understanding and stimulation. Tiziana knows how to convey her passion for mosaics and art in general, encouraging us towards...new creative adventures. I also thoroughly enjoyed the days spent on the construction site, where we tackle new themes and challenges each time and learn how to make the most of our time and resources. There are plenty of suggestions for visiting mosaic sites, especially in nearby Rome. Overall, a stimulating and beautiful journey that makes me want to continue!

Tiziana attends her atelier of mosaic passions around the world and proposes a special formation. It is exceptionally flexible in terms of content and planning. Part of the expertise of the mosaic profession with générosity, proposes to discover all the mosaic techniques (ancient and modern). Now you can fix your own objectives and you will develop a personalized programme, based on theory and practice (nombreux projects et même work sur chantier). Their atelier is a meeting place for students from all horizons and, in contrast, the small town of Narni allows an immersion in the Italian streets, in this beautiful region of Ombrie. After 2 months in Narni, I can confirm that this professional training is a unique experience, well before my attention, which I highly recommend!

I'm really excited about the professional course; it exceeded all my expectations. It's a well-structured course, both theoretically, with lessons on the history of mosaic art, and practically, in the exploration of various techniques—from the use of ancient mortar to modern mosaic and three-dimensional mosaic. It's also a very comprehensive course that offers the opportunity to gain on-site experience and thus gain a comprehensive understanding of mosaic making. The instructor is very knowledgeable, always available, and I must say I was supported very carefully at every stage of my learning. Tiziana, our instructor, managed to create a truly stimulating environment, finding the right way for each of us to guide us on that journey, creating not only professionals, but mosaic artists with their own style and character. She helped us each find our own path to follow. I recommend this course to everyone. I didn't think you could learn so much in such a short time.
