OPEN AIR COURSE ON CONSTRUCTION SITE - 3 DAYS - COURSE + SET OF TOOLS INCLUDED
Next course: 18/19/20 APRIL 2024
Location: Nera Montoro (Tr) at a construction site for stone extraction + construction of a cobblestone pavement
Lessons 80% practical, 20% theoretical in person. Each student is followed by the teacher as if following a private lesson. Personalized and individual training courses.
Teacher: Tiziana Mondini, master mosaicist and artist with over 25 years of experience
Certification: at the end of the course a nominal certificate will be issued indicating the type of course and hours attended.
Materials and equipment provided by the school.
Registration for the course includes:
- participation in the course according to the agreed timetable,
- 1 set of mosaic tools as a gift,
- 1 video tutorial with a step-by-step explanation of the chosen mosaic technique,
- paper handouts for the theoretical study of mosaic and its history*.
*The tools listed above will remain the property of each student even after the course.
Summary course program:
- History of the mosaic,
- Exercises and various installation methodologies,
- Study of execution techniques,
- Choice and creation of the sketch,
- Execution of a pebble mosaic work .

Each of our courses is an individual course where the student decides both the starting date and the calendar of the lessons.
The student can decide the number of hours of lessons per day and the division into several weeks, according to their needs.

В прошлые выходные я приняла участие в курсе мозаики из гальки с Тицианой Мондини и Лукой Риджио. Это был действительно фантастический курс! Сначала мы пошли в настоящий карьер собирать гальку для мозаики. Потом мы отправились к месту установки мозаики в частном саду, где нам нужно было сделать из гальки небольшую садовую дорожку. Там мы многому научились: нам рассказали немного о том как были сделаны самые древние мозаики из гальки в Турции и Греции, объяснили и показали как замешивать цемент для укладки гальки, как правильно класть гальку, как крепить ее на дорожке, и т. д. И самое интересное было то что у нас была возможность тут же попробовать делать всё это своими руками! Преподаватели были очень профессиональны и чрезвычайно дружелюбны, и они дали нам много полезных советов. Помимо изготовления садовой дорожки из гальки, в конце курса у нас также была возможность сделать небольшую мозаику из гальки просто для украшения... Кроме того, кажлый день наши преподаватели организовали для нас невероятный домашний обед, приготовленный коренной итальянкой. В общем и целом, это отличный практический курс, на котором всего за 3 дня можно узнать много всего интересного и полезного + удивительное итальянское гостеприимство. Я очень рекомендую этот курс🤩🤩🤩.

Questo è il secondo posto che faccio con Tiziana e se il primo, di mosaico Romano mi ha entusiasmata, questo mi ha praticamente commossa: il tatto è un senso molto antico il rotolo lo esalta.
