Course Description

The intensive modern mosaic course offers a comprehensive training experience dedicated to the study and practice of contemporary mosaic. Through lectures and workshops, participants will explore the techniques, materials, and languages of modern mosaic, experimenting with new creative and chromatic approaches.

The course addresses the study and practice of mosaic from a contemporary perspective, breaking free from classical canons to explore new expressive possibilities. Particular attention will be paid to the use of diverse materials (glass, ceramic, stone, metal, and recycled materials), analyzing their aesthetic and technical potential. Participants will be guided in the interpretation of mosaic as an artistic and design language, applicable to both visual art and design. The goal is to understand how to reinterpret this ancient technique in modern contexts, developing creative and innovative solutions that combine tradition and experimentation .
